01 — The Echo Suite

Find the tension.
See the friction.
Make a move.

Nine free instruments, in three moves. Read what an audience already feels, find where a campaign rubs, then make the call — before the market makes it for you. See the suite as a system — problem → use case → output →

Behavioral pressure
Detects hedging collapse — the moment an audience stops deliberating and starts deciding. Outputs a Behavioral Pressure Index as a partial-identification interval, with an honest INDETERMINATE when the trace is compatible with coordinated injection — the Coordination–Consensus Continuum, operationalized.
Ajzen TPB drivers, hedging vs commitment timeline, exit/advocacy direction, estimated lead time. Aggregate only — zero individual profiling.

We didn't cut our emissions.
We moved them.

Europe cut the CO2 it makes at home by 40% and more since 2000. But the EU consumes 33% more CO2 than it produces, and 28 of 29 European countries import their pollution — the greenest-branded economies outsource the most. The debut of the Say-Do Gap.

Romania annulled an election over disinformation — then measured how much it trusts its news: 26%, lower than 44 of 48 markets on Earth. A trust recession, told entirely in published numbers.

Sentiment is not enough.

06 — About the Lab

A research
identity.

I'm Alex-George Adam — a social media strategist, cultural analyst and AI-driven consumer decoding specialist based in Bucharest. The Listening Room is my intelligence practice.

My work sits at the intersection of social listening, cultural strategy, influencer ecosystems, creative performance and applied AI. Over a decade across leading global tech and consultancy environments, building intelligence frameworks for decoding online behavior — and the noise beneath it.

A note on this project: The Listening Room and the Echo suite are a personal passion project, built independently, on my own time, outside any employer. The whole reason it exists is to give working strategists, researchers and creators tools that should never have been locked behind a paywall.

You Can't Take a Shout Apart
The writer's version of the Coordination–Consensus Continuum. A thousand voices saying the same thing make a shout — and a shout can't be taken apart into who meant it, who was paid to say it, and who simply joined in. The attribution problem, without the math.
